We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return: Email us at support@tamilvibes.com to start your return. If accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Check your order when it arrives. If it’s damaged or incorrect, let us know right away so we can sort it out.

Items We Can’t Take Back

We don’t accept returns on:

• Sale items or gift cards

• Custom or personalised products

• Used items

• Hazardous or perishable goods

Want something else? Return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers

If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
